This Leather Lined Iron Collar with Manacles attached is fully lockable, just don't lose the keys because your captive is not going to escape from these in a hurry.  Here we see the collar displayed in the dungeon, with a fetters double isolation leather hood... the sunglasses are blacked out on the reverse side... it made sense at the time.
