There is always a warm and courteous welcome and, although help is at hand when required, it is discreet and unobtrusive. Encouragingly, everything is extremely clean, tidy and well maintained.

The dungeon has synchronised music throughout and there is plenty of room for changing and relaxing before and after sessions.

The variety of dungeon equipment presents a plethora of punishment possibilities and having a number of different rooms allows for imaginative and interesting play.

Everything has been designed and installed to fulfil fantasies and the place has a calm, focussed energy that adds an almost magical quality to the whole experience.
