How do I make a hire?First check the availability grid to see if the time and date you require is available. White space on the grid is time available for hire for first time hirers. 9pm is the latest finishing time for first time hirers Then Email (dungeonkeeper@londondungeonhire.co.uk) with the time and date you want and you will receive a swift reply confirming availability and information on how to confirm your hire. For most hires full payment in advance is required. Details on how to pay will be sent in reply to your booking request. Info regarding our cancellation policy here. Your booking is only entered on the availability grids as a confirmed booking when we have received your payment. We can not hold time slots for you until the payment is received.
